Investment Size: $3 million to $50 million


Interested in Shopping Centers, Retail Centers, and/or Land for Commercial Development

Strong Demographics: Dense urban-infill or high population growth markets

Interested in Grocery Anchored Centers, Urban Shopping Centers, Small Retail Centers, and Stable Quality Tenancy

Interested in raw and/or Land with entitlements for Commercial Development

Located in Metropolitan areas within the contiguous United States

Interested in International Realty as it becomes available

Acquisition Criteria to invest in Single Tenant Absolute NNN properties:

Investment Size: $500K to $5M

Interested in Absolute NNN properties [Burger King, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Jack-in-the-Box, Checkers, KFC, Walgreens, etc.]
in the contiguous United States, in greater Metropolitan and/or Urban areas

Prefer Franchisees with large-scale operations or Corporate Guaranteed properties

Reasons to Do Business with DMC:

Can assume existing financing and/or obtain financing from numerous financial sources Able to handle complicated deal structures such as acquiring partnership interests or joint venture structures where
Sellers or Developers want to retain an equity interest
