Lumbattis [Manager]:
Elizabeth Lumbattis obtained her certification in management
from California State University Long Beach in 1981 and
studied and passed her real estate agent examination [she is
not currently an active agent]. Thereafter, Ms. Lumbattis
began her career working in mortgage servicing and
transferred to asset management at the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation. Following her career with the Federal
Deposit Insurance Corporation, Ms. Lumbattis continued her
career working as a paralegal/office manager of a Chapter 7
Bankruptcy Trustee Department, while working in the
disposition and liquidations of residential, industrial,
land, and commercial real estate. Currently, Ms. Lumbattis
specializes in the escrow coordination, management,
bookkeeping, and processing of transactions for D.M.C
Investments, D.M.C Real Estate, and D.M.C Property
Management. Further, Ms. Lumbattis prepares and reviews
contracts, lease agreements, processes and assists in the
due diligence review of packages [including title, survey,
insurance, documents, income & expense, agreements,
amendments, extensions, etc.], and provides leasing and
maintenance coordination, construction, management and
investor reporting for D.M.C.
