Michael Mizrahi is the Investment Manager of Property Sales
for DMC Real Estate Company. Mr. Mizrahi has worked with DMC
since 1993 and has been involved in the commercial real
estate sector for over (25) years. Mr. Mizrahi is well
versed in the analysis and sale(s) of absolute (NNN)
investment properties throughout the United States. In his
capacity as Investment Manager, Mr. Mizrahi leads his
clientele through the arduous process of due diligence and
investment analysis, and has successfully closed (100%) of
all qualified transactions. Mr. Mizrahi is extremely
knowledgeable and adept at representing his investor
clientele.
From 1980-1993, Mr. Mizrahi worked as director of
management, leasing and sales, for Oren Realty & Development
Company, a privately held real estate & development company
specializing in the acquisitions, leasing and management of
commercial properties within the retail, office and
industrial sector throughout California, with a major
emphasis on Los Angeles County. In that capacity Mr. Mizrahi
was responsible for acquisitions, management, lease
negotiations, lease terminations, and mitigation of losses
of non-performing assets. In that capacity, Mr. Mizrahi
directed all aspects of commercial properties operations.
Mr. Mizrahi is a member of the California Bar Association;
is a qualified and licensed Agent in California, a member of
the California Association of Realtors, the National
Association of Realtors and the Southern Regional
Association of Realtors; as well as a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers. In 1998, Mr. Mizrahi received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University
of La Verne, Woodland Hills, California and was admitted to
the California State Bar Association in 1998.
