M. Mike Chalem currently owns and operates D.M.C
Investments, D.M.C Real Estate Company, and D.M.C Property
Management. Mr. Chalem began his career with the purchase
and redevelopment of residential properties in 1982 and
continued in the field of construction and real estate
investments through redevelopment and resale. On March 4,
1987, M. Mike Chalem obtained his California real estate
sales agent’s license. On January 1, 1991, Mr. Chalem
obtained his California real estate brokers license and
continued with his real estate career while simultaneously
continuing his pursuit of investment properties. Currently,
Mr. Chalem specializes in the sales of industrial, income,
commercial, and land sale properties. Mr. Chalem currently
manages and/or administers a mixed portfolio of industrial,
income, and commercial properties. In that respect, Mr.
Chalem has developed a highly proficient construction and
maintenance staff in addition to its highly competent escrow
and realty staff members.
In addition to his sales activities, Mr. Chalem has
aggressively built his own individual real estate
investments portfolio consisting of industrial, shopping
center, retail, and some residential properties. Beginning
in 2002, Mr. Chalem began investing outside of California
throughout the United States in Florida, Texas, Illinois,
Georgia, Mississippi, and Colorado. Mr. Chalem intends to
continue actively pursuing real estate investment
opportunities throughout the United States and abroad.
Mr. Chalem also works to syndicate real property to
investors. Mr. Chalem has a long-standing relationship with
a group of investors through his numerous years of
syndication, and also adds his own portfolio of long-time
investors to their relationship. Mr. Chalem has excellent
credit, a long-standing and quality relationship with
numerous lenders through his years of acquiring property and
representation of Buyers and Sellers in purchase
transactions and refinancing of properties, and has closed
100% of all all qualified transactions escrowed.
