Simon Asef

In the late 1990's, Simon Asef began his business career by
forming an internet marketing web/graphic design firm while
attending California State University at Northridge (CSUN).
After graduating from CSUN with a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Business Administration, and a Minor in Marketing, Mr.
Asef moved into the field of Commercial Banking.
Further, Mr. Asef obtained a management position, managing
a multi-family apartment building.
In 2005 Mr. Asef furthered his interest in the field
of real estate and property management, by studying
and passing the California Real Estate Broker's exam
and obtaining his license. Thereafter, Mr. Asef
immediately joined the DMC Real Estate Company team
in North Hollywood, California where he rigorously
explored and studied the many aspects of the real
estate process. Simultaneously, Mr. Asef became a
member of the Southland Regional Association of
Realtors, California Association of
Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the
International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mr. Asef soon acquired the knowledge and ability to
handle various transactions; including the sale of
single-family homes, multi-family residential, land
sales, commercial leasing, retail sales and
investments.
Mr. Asef has found much success in assisting his clientele in
the commercial investments field.
In the past two years as a
Real Estate Broker he was involved in closing
transactions exceeding $19,500,000.
To further his commercial knowledge, Mr. Asef is
actively pursing a certification as a Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). This coveted
certification will place him amongst 8,600 real
estate professionals in the world that have
completed this educational/professional program as a
CCIM member. Mr. Asef has made his long-term goal to
continue his education in the real estate investment
field, as well as servicing his clientele with the
utmost care & importance.
In addition to his involvement with D.M.C Real
Estate Company, Mr. Asef currently owns and operates
a prolific property management company.
