D.M.C Real Estate an affiliate of D.M.C Investments is dedicated exclusively to the sales of commercial real estate. Established in 1990 by M. Mike Chalem, D.M.C was founded with the strong belief that the difference between the successes or failures of a particular project is determined by our dedicated and educated staff which helps provide each client with the most up to date information pertaining to a particular property.

Throughout the years, D.M.C has established a place in the specialty area of Single Tenant, Triple-Net Leased Properties and continues to participate in various activities in the real estate industry that include, but are not limited to commercial brokerage (acquisitions and dispositions). Assistance in the study of due diligence materials, including traffic patterns, profitability, area income patterns, and accessibility are just some of the important ingredients we research and analyze to make assessments of a particular property. Acquisition and disposition transactions have been completed for properties leased to such tenants as Jack in the Box, Denny’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Rally’s, Hardee’s, Pizza Hut and many others.

Additionally, D.M.C continues to market (acquisitions and dispositions) commercial retail (shopping centers, strip centers, industrial centers) to its base of clientele. D.M.C has successfully acquired and turned around numerous retail shopping centers suffering from negligent ownership and poor management and disposed of them at tremendous profits to extremely satisfied purchasers.

Residential Brokerage

D.M.C Real Estate continues to successfully market and sell residential and multi-residential property in the Southern California area. While this is a minor portion of the completed (acquisitions and dispositions) brokerage transactions in the office, it is the belief of D.M.C and it’s associates that continued diversification is the key to a successful and productive portfolio.

Syndication

D.M.C Investments offers a program in real estate syndications. In the last few years, they have boasted substantial appreciation and double digit returns to its investors. The principals of D.M.C consistently evaluate available products on the market and have consistently selected the most profitable properties for acquisition. D.M.C is unique in that the principals make up a portion of ownership in all of the deals that are opened to its private client group of investors.
