Phoenix is seeing tremendous growth and opportunity, a recent survey done in Phoenix shows the vacancy rate is 5.7%. That is a 40-year low for the Phoenix market. The showing was fueled by the absorption of 3.6 million square feet of space, which far outweighed the 1.5 million square feet of space that was predicted.
